Our leader team: Unique styles. Common strength of character.

Plexxis Leadership Team

We’re building a company for the long haul – where our strengths remain sharply focused on solving customer problems and a company that we don’t need to sell for the sake of raising more capital.

Chris Loranger
Co-founder

We’re building a company for the long haul – where our strengths remain sharply focused on solving customer problems and a company that we don’t need to sell for the sake of raising more capital.

Why don't we take a hundred years to build a solid company that we don't need to sell – one that everybody benefits from; the customers, the people that work here and our shareholders. It just takes a longer.

The way I see it, it’s short-term sacrifice for long-term gain. This isn’t a new concept of course but it’s one that will allow us to build the right product. The one that takes a long time and that’s hard to build because we’re aiming to build a system that can handle the entire process so that companies don't have to go to 50 different suppliers to run their organization.

We’re building a single holistic solution, and this is how I believe Plexxis – and equally important, how our customer are going to benefit in the long haul.

Adapting to relentless challenges has become a foundation of our culture… an attitude of “inviting” vs. “waiting” for change.

Chad Pearson
Director, Business Development

Adapting to relentless challenges has become a foundation of our culture… an attitude of “inviting” vs. “waiting” for change.

The business we're in is intensely interactive. Our customers rely on and must demand pin-point accuracy in a hyper-challenging and dangerous work environment. Our role requires us to develop mobile technologies that all workers can carry with them while simultaneously avoiding falls, trips and protecting their teammates.

As all of these scenarios are in constant play, Plexxis must develop solutions that can perform flawlessly while adapting to relentless change. This has become a foundation of our culture… an attitude of “inviting” vs. “waiting” for change while collaborating with our leaders, colleagues and customers in real time.

We have an accountability to grow and develop colleagues to do great work and become successful outside Plexxis as well.

Jeni Mitchell
Director, Client Advisory Services

We have an accountability to grow and develop colleagues to do great work and become successful outside Plexxis as well.

We invest a tremendous amount of energy and time in attracting and keeping high caliber people that “fit” into this culture. At Plexxis, we all feel a personal accountability to grow and develop the people we hire not just to do great work but to have a more satisfying life experience as a result of their long tern relationship with our company.

It’s a larger sense of responsibility that requires each leader to ensure that everyone’s values, as well as personal and business goals line up. When we’re working in stride, tremendous progress with customers and colleagues is the result.

There’s always an opportunity to help someone - a colleague or a customer with whom to share your knowledge.

Jonathan Locke
Manager Implemenations

There’s always an opportunity to help someone - a colleague or a customer with whom to share your knowledge.

Even if a prospect chooses not to go forward with Plexxis, the team here alters focus from gaining a new customer to providing that prospect with the best tools to make a decision that’s best for “them”.

It may sound odd (or a bit crazy) but there’s a universal attitude here about building long term vs. short term relationships. We have that same attitude internally as, on any given day, there's an opportunity to help a team member to grow, learn and succeed.

There’s a unique mentality about giving people an opportunity to be where they need to be to do their best work.

Eric Nguyen
Corporate Counsel

There’s a unique mentality about giving people an opportunity to be where they need to be to do their best work.

The entire leader team places extraordinary focus on finding and retaining the “right” people. People who fit into our unique culture. People who care more about helping each other and assisting our customers.

In my experience, I’ve not worked in any other company or alongside any other group of people with the same caliber, professionalism and integrity.

We understand the connection between mental and physical health, making Plexxis a great environment to work in.

Paul Glinker
Director, Research and Development

We understand the connection between mental and physical health, making Plexxis a great environment to work in.

The people I work with here are what make me wake up in the morning and go “sweet”! The bonus is that in addition to such a dedicated team, it's a “no-fences” environment that makes Plexxis tick so well. The facilities we have access to, from gaming, a theatre and the gym are awesome.

Truthfully, it’s not that I play basketball in the gym everyday.. it’s simply knowing that when I or any member of any team needs a mental break, that the space and equipment are there every day. I just love that all colleagues have this option and I love the shared commitment that says – “Hey, we care about your happiness. We understand the connection between mental and physical health so here's a great environment to work in”
