Your Plexxis environment is configured for cloud access and user security preferences. Then we build your company data and worklows, arrive at your office for in-person training and continue to help construct value remotely after in-person training!
Optimize
Post-live is about maximizing adoption! Scheduled executive check-ins help focus short term efforts on high impact improvements while assessments after 18-24 months help create long term initiatives.

Implementation Road Map
Introduction
Your implementation roadmap is visual, tailored to your pace, and designed for maximum value. 25+ years of onboarding self-perform contractors helped refine this process to a level that provides certainty and 100% return on your investment.
Ph-0: SOP Discovery
Formal documentation of your current state processes is created over 5 meetings with teammates who represent the full spectrum of perspectives. This documentation is used both as a baseline to compare with the desired future state, as awell as for making adjustments to the plan-to-speed value.
Ph-1: Scheduling & Data Prep
Formalize plan with milestones and collaborative ghannt chart to keep everyone moving together. We then prepare infrastructure, test environment, core data sets, configurations and security.
Ph-2: Job & Billing Info
Your job costing, billings, invoice logic, material items along with units of measure and dimensions, equipment, tools, inventory cash management and financial details are all built and validated.
Ph-3: Payroll Replication
Tax rules, union & certified payroll calculation tables, payroll rates and confidentiality rules are set.
Ph-4: Preliminary Training
At this point, there is enough data in Plexxis that your team can see what their future in Plexxis looks like. Preliminary Training sessions begin to help teammates build familiarity with Plexxis workflows.
Ph-5: Tie-off & Go Live Prep
All remaining data is entered into Plexxis and payroll runs are tested and matched to the penny! (that is not an exaggeration).
Ph-6: Training & Go Live
Plexxis trainers, including a payroll expert, arrive in person at your office to train you on core workflows and safely cut off your legacy system.
Ph-7: Adoption
When in-person training is complete, the same Plexxis team who was at your office continues to support you remotely so you continue to learn.
Ph-8: Data Repair
3 challenging stages will be; (1) your 1st month end, (2) 1st quarterly and (3 1st year end, where bad data will rear it's ugly head at times where time is at a premium. You'll receive elevated support and executive check-ins that ensure resources are dedicated to top priorities and the highest impact punch list items.
