All state income tax brackets are in Plexxis, and are updated once new rates are available. State reciprocity is available for setup in the system. Plexxis assists customers to get the proper rules/setups into the system for State reciprocity.

Plexxis can also calculate things such as SUTA, WC, GL, County, City, and Local Taxes that are provided by the customer. These are entered by Plexxis for Go Live, then customers are trained on how to update them moving forward.

The first security measure is Screen and Tab access permissions on user profiles that restrict access.

The second security measure is the Confidential Setting for Payroll & Vendors. Particular individuals/vendors marked as Confidential will have their Payee names blanked out on things like Job Costs. Instead of a name it will appear as *Confidential*.

The third security measure is the Payroll Security Password which locks employee payroll profile information so only those with the Salary Password can access the information.

Each job's cost codes are pre-set so workers see only relevant options. Grid-style timecards let leads complete full weeks quickly.

Between 4-12 months on average depending on key attributes including;

• amount of data that is in separate systems and spreadsheets
• number of, and level of integrations needed
• which quarter the Go-live date is set.

The process begins with collecting data, reports and tables from the legacy software in CSV/XLS and PDF files. Prior to getting the information into Plexxis, the files are reviewed for accuracy, sometimes cleaned up, and there is also an alignment on nomenclature.

Once validated and refined, the Plexxis team imports, and sometimes manually enters, data into the new database. There is constant communication between the client and the Plexxis team to maintain alignment on the quality of the new database.

Some key data sets include:

• Base Listings (i.e. GL Accounts, Jobs, Vendors, Customers, etc.)
• Material Items with code structures, properties and dimensions
• AR Replication (i.e. SOVs, Invoices, Payments, Retainage, etc.)
• Payroll Replication (i.e. Employees, Payroll Items, Tax Setups, Unions if applicable, etc.)
• Cut off data where no more transactions are entered in legacy system, such as AR Aging, AP Aging, Trial Balance, etc. for a financial tie-out on Cut Off date.

This can vary so Plexxis accounts for backlog and project demands when scheduling tasks and milestones for implementation. It is typical to work with a key point of contact throughout the implementation and only bring in other team members as needs to minimize disruption.

Yes. Trainers, including a payroll specialist, complete training onsite at each client's office.

Onboarding, training, and responsive support are all-in-house while updates are rolled out with guidance so teams can adopt features quickly.

All support services are in-house, never out-sourced, and all support agents are trained specifically for subcontractor specific workflows. Phone, email and specialized support services are available.

Payroll support always takes top priority in cue. Phone support connects customers directly to in-house support agents who help diagnose issues and access Plexxis payroll experts as needed.

Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) are provided for all new features and additional training can be purchased at any time.
